Advanced Plant Processing / Advanced Extraction Receives Denver Environmental Health Approval for Colorado-made Isolate


Advanced Plant Processing (APP), a division of Advanced Extraction, LLC (AE) is pleased to announce that it has received Denver Department of Environmental Health (DEH) approval for its CBD isolate produced with its organically-grown Colorado industrial hemp. To receive approval of its manufacturing facility and processes, AE submitted to DEH for review its written standard operating procedures and documentation practices for hemp material processing, extraction methods, laboratory quality control testing, and overall product quality and safety.

Advanced Plant Processing currently manufactures products for Pure Hemp Botanicals and several other companies. Pure Hemp Botanicals, another division of AE, offers a full line of cruelty free CBD products including tinctures, softgels, vaping oils, teas, and pet tinctures.

The DEH letter opens as below:

"Advanced Plant Processing/ Advanced Extraction, the manufacturer of Advanced Plant Processing/ Advanced Extraction Bulk CBD Isolate, industrial hemp-derived products, has submitted written information to the Public Health Inspections Division of the Denver Department of Environmental Health (“the Department”) regarding their manufacturing facility and processes. Advanced Plant Processing/ Advanced Extraction sources industrial hemp from Colorado Department of Agriculture registered farms to use an ingredient in their products. The submitted information was reviewed to determine if Advanced Plant Processing/ Advanced Extraction, manufacturing facility operates under comparable sanitation standards as is required for Denver food manufacturers. Based on the submitted information, the Department considers Advanced Plant Processing/ Advanced Extraction, manufacturing facility in Brighton CO to be an approved source facility that appears to meet minimum standards set forth in the Denver Food Establishment Regulations."
